The Texas Bluebonnet Award is a program designed to encourage children to read and select their favorite books. Each year a list of books is compiled by a committee of librarians, teachers, parents and students. Then children in grades 3 through 6 are encouraged to read at least 5 of the books and vote on their favorite. Click on the icon to view present and past winners of this award.
